It's been a very busy time since the election as fortunately business has been busy and my wife and I have also been able to catch up on some activities that were sidelined by Covid and the campaign. With the weather warming and the snow now gone, we have been able to shift away from winter activities like helping our neighbours with snow removal, to different pursuits.
Many of you remember our classic vehicle that we used while out on the campaign trail, it got nicknamed the "El Campaigno". This past weekend we were able to put it to good use. Our friend and fellow Ward 12 resident Mona, organizes and delivers food to the Mustard Seed Shelter as one of her many activities that support the community. We were happy to be able to join her efforts. Turns out the covered truck bed of the Campaigno serves as an excellent transport for a truck load of food to the Seed. We look forward to making more deliveries in the coming days and weeks.
